you can probably stick to fruits as a snack, you'd have to eat like a lot for it to be bad for you

stop carbs, eat only meat eggs butter, organs (ideally all raw) and if youre under 18 raw milk, thats it.

Only benefits you're going to get exclusively from the carnivorous diet suggested above are its simplicity, craving reduction, certain nutrient density, and hormonal health (FOR SOME). Plus you'll have to acclimate to it through gradual changes.

I'd suggest only going for one if you have a dietitian suggesting it considering its poor research, or adopting elements of it for certain meals. Unless you want to have a strict regiment of expensive supplements, you're going to want to adhere to the natural human inclusion of Vitamin C, fibre, and other micronutrients from plant sources. After all, you don't want to die from scurvy or have such a weak IU you die from influenza. Not to mention potential risks involving constipation and general stomach issues.

Also, if you are in the US, raw products might have E Coli and Salmonella-related risks, and can reduce nutrient availability.

In relation to your questions, I would avoid taking snacks unless it becomes a slow habit, as you might disrupt your body's digestion or general consumption-preparation patterns and hunger signals. Nuts and fruits are a decent suggestion, though I'd suggest having fruit in the morning before brushing your teeth, or in the evening (as fruit sugars will degrade your enamel).

ngl bro asking this forum for tips on eating healthy is really not gonna get u anywhere.

you're simply gonna be met with 50 different radicalistic opinions telling you to not eat this and that, then the next guy will say the exact opposite

eat raw meat bro!!!! :feelskek::feelskek:

if youre under 18, you really want to get those growth hormones going, that means you use the naturally high gh u have in puberty anyway and boost it via raw milk aswell. if youre above have 18 however, it is more unlikely that you havent developed to your proper height yet, and drinking raw milk from there on will only age you.
carbs are bad for a multitude of reasons, firstly you activate the randle cycle, which destroys your metabolic health.
then you got the inflmatory effects of the particular sugars, as in glucose and fructose itself, which causes tissue damage.

Randle Cycle isn't inherently bad, only an issue with chronic overheating or nutritional inbalance.

Your problem here is with refined carbs and added sugars not whole carbs which are needed for nutrients, fibres, and energy.

i dont see a difference in terms of sugar content from fruit and refined sugars and their different meanings to the randle cycle.

Make Salads. Put lots of vegetables and some nuts together. You could put eggs and other meat in your salad too.

Refined sugars (sucrose and high-fructose corn syrup) are digested quickly, so there's a rapid spike in blood glucose and insulin, so the Randle Cycle is activated to a greater degree, inhibiting fat burning (as glucose in excess is being used in oxidation over fatty acids).

Fruit sugars come with fibre, slowing digestion and controlling the rate of glucose absorption.

Refined sugars aren't related to the Randle Cycle itself, but I am saying overconsumption of them (which, quantity wise, have more of a negative impact than natural sugars even if in the same quantity) leads to fat accumulation. The nutrient profile of whole fruits provides healthy nutrients without negatively affecting the Randle Cycle.
