Advice on Eye symmetry and Eyebrows

I’m 15, posting this for feedback. I’ve noticed some asymmetry, one eye looks more forward/open than the other. (and the bad eyebrows need fixing too)
What can I do to maximize the “potential”?

Your eyebrows are fine, just use minoxidil and don't worry about it

Can't fix it but its also not a falio, dye your brows and use minoxidil to grow them
