I’m 19 and want to get bimax, but i would like to try some hormones/roids first, are they cope? I want to try hgh. Should i just save for bimax instead of waste my time on other stuff?

Depends on your growing status. Are you still growing? I'd also not go with hgh just do regular trt and it'll maybe work

I grew 3/4 of an inch this year, so maybe? But also i was under the impression height and facial bones aren’t directly correlated in when they stop growing

That's correct. However, it's very likely that your facial bones are still developing while you're in a growth phase. Depending on when your last growth phase ended, you can expect only minimal changes to occur in your face.
