Advice On Height Growth

I've read the two main height maxing articles here and need some additional advice. I'm a 15M and currently 5'5" my father is 5'9" and mother is 5'4", What can i do to grow taller without using injections, pills, or creams/gels only. I've seen stuff on Sermorlin and MK677 along with SoftMax's like K2, D3, Ashwagandha etc. I'm already on 1g ashwagandha, 5000iu D3, 5g Creatine, and 100mcg K2, what can i add or do to further my height growth. Please reply with any advice and ill answer any relevant questions about my lifestyle or other stuff to help with growth. Also I'm around tanner stage 4-5 but plates are likely open. Thanks!

Welp, that’s not what I wanted to hear but I’m thankful for the honesty. Hopefully the last bit of puberty will give me atleast another inch

there is nothing you can do you have to take hgh or ai to grow which i don’t necessarily rexcomend
but now that my plates are closed stuck at 5’8 i would literally do almost anything in my power to go back in time and pin

Is there no chance that Mk677, CJC, or sermorlin would have an effect? I’ve seen people say it worked on them.

it can release more gh but my friend who wasn’t even on mk for height said it was shit

Over your mom's genes took the best of you and you'll grow to 5'7 probably. Do aromatase inhibitors and hgh to grow an extra inch maybe but after that limb lengthening
