I've been on .org for a while and this is my first post, just need some advice on how to fill out my frame at 16, open to SARMS/peptides (But I'm from South Africa so they're kinda hard to source in my experience) I'm 190cm/6.3ft and I've always struggled to put on weight, for context I'm like 73kg/160lb (I.e. I'm a skinny fuck, though most of the weight I do have is muscle), I've been coping about this for a few months because I got signed as a model but I've finally decided to bulk up. I'm a swimmer and i play water polo so i have a relatively wide bidelt to waist ratio, but I have a huge struggle with appetite and can barely force like 3.5k cals down a day but all the cardio i get from swimming kills my calorie surplus, any advice other than "just eat more bro".
