Serious Advice on how to get rid of numbness?

How is it possible to learn to feel more emotions, not even be more emotionally expressive, just actually feel something. Therapy was useless, and I have given up on finding a good drug for this, but don't know what else can help ngl.

Has anyone here got rid of their numbness?

There has to be a way, some people must have found it.
Maybe a relationship might help a bit but I wouldn’t know since I’ve never had a foid interested in me

I just talked with the therapist, but no one could give me good advice on what to do.

Honestly, try to get stimulant drugs prescribed.

If you're looking for something more "natural", are you taking the sun? Are you exercising? Are you eating well? Are you spending time in nature? Are you spending time with family and friends? Are you going out to explore or find a new experience? Life just gets really boring, numb and repetitive when you're not healthy, not connecting with others and when you're not going out of your way to see and experience new things.

This probably sounds too hard, specially when you're feeling numb, emotionless and probably lacking drive, but that's kinda what it takes.

No caffeine, no fap, high exercise, & bromantane+jacuzzi testing method

Not even joking.

Step 1. Cut caffeine, masturbating, excessive sedentary activity and dopamine spikes (fapping, energy drinks, stims)

Step 2. Take 15-20mg of Bromantane every day in the morning after you wake up, without fail. Don't eat processed food, eat avocados, eggs, nuts, smoked salmon etc.

Step 3. Go to a jacuzzi whenever you can. Track how getting into it FEELS. You should notice that you feel more senstate over time doing this.

Then, keep all habits in place. Stay active, eat well, sleep well, keep stress at bay.

And, you're back.

Stims won't make you feel less numb though unless you're coming out of an "it's over-esque" state.

Adventure also makes you "feel". But nothing works as well as my last post. Literally tried and tested. I cannot believe it works. You feel so much. The bromantane and the lack of shitty foods, increase in activity and better sleep changes EVERYTHING. And you can feel it in the jacuzzi (or warm bath if no access to jacuzzi).

5-methyl-beta-carboline is something else that can be used in tandem or in replacement of bromantane, But bromantane's king.

Where do you find this shit and is it safe (ototoxicity, eye, hormones, etc.)

Honestly I don't think any drug can help, except the ones who aren't worth it to try for legal reasons. So many different experiences, and the few I tried did nothing.
