Useless, you'll just end up with a extremely long philtrum+ you have small chin so nah

Will help but u can cover ur forehead instead, take dut if you're balding

to be brutally honest. You look like girls are scared of you.

Shave that baby hair it makes you look ungroomed.

You have solid hair, but cut it much shorter and go for a more modern haircut that makes you look less nerdy.

Instead of a lip reduction get lip filler for your upper lip.

Underbite correction is definitely worth it.

Nose correction isn’t. You have an almost optimal nose shape and fixing it is a waste of money. You’d be much better off with jaw or zygo implants.

You don’t need buccal fat removed you just need more bones in your face. You’ll also regret a buccal fat removal later on in life.

also your eyebrows are super high set making you look alerted af. maybe try botox or any procedure to make them medium set atleast.


Note: From this angle it’s hard to judge what you really need. It would be easier from a straight front angle with no hair covering your face.
