Currently trying to get to 10-12% from 18%.

Since I'm a broke college student I can't afford to go full carnivore so I included veggies and fruits here and there (I failed you @Never Get Up ).

Breakfast:
•just a cup of 250 ml whole milk ( will try to get raw ASAP)

Lunch:
•1 chicken breast 250g
•3 boiled eggs
•2 raw carrots

Dinner:
•Another chicken breast 250g
•50g raw white mushrooms
•250g raw Kale ( insanely high potassium)
•25g of unsalted butter

Snacks:
•Kiwi gold 100g
•Raw grapes 50g

About 1700 kcals in total (190g protein, 50g carbs , around 75g fats) with a 4:1 potassium/ sodium ratio, all while keeping sodium low <1000. The only issue is Omega 3:6 ratio so I'll try to implement sardines and fish when I can.​

1. You’re eating poison, which atleast you’re aware of.

2. You’re eating too many times a day. You should be only eating 1 time a day with enough animal protein and fat until satiety.

3. Stop trying to track calories. Calories have no effect on body composition.

I'm also trying to get good potassium sodium ratio aswell as high protein and omega 3:6 ratio. Otherwise I would just eat Mcdonald's once a day.

Ditch the milk, you are just making your leanmaxxing journey way harder lmao

If you wanna optimise for body composition or bf% you need to eat low carb, be really active, and low GI carbs if you are going to take any, also a lot of fiber is really good
