Currently trying to get to 10-12% from 18%.
Since I'm a broke college student I can't afford to go full carnivore so I included veggies and fruits here and there (I failed you @Never Get Up ).
Breakfast:
•just a cup of 250 ml whole milk ( will try to get raw ASAP)
Lunch:
•1 chicken breast 250g
•3 boiled eggs
•2 raw carrots
Dinner:
•Another chicken breast 250g
•50g raw white mushrooms
•250g raw Kale ( insanely high potassium)
•25g of unsalted butter
Snacks:
•Kiwi gold 100g
•Raw grapes 50g
About 1700 kcals in total (190g protein, 50g carbs , around 75g fats) with a 4:1 potassium/ sodium ratio, all while keeping sodium low <1000. The only issue is Omega 3:6 ratio so I'll try to implement sardines and fish when I can.
