Advice on making nose more defined from side?

My nose looks flat and bulbous from my side profile and I prefer to have a slight upturn as well. First pic is my ideal side profile second pic is my own side rpofile

It's mostly genetics and maxilla position etc. You can change the tip inclination with surgery i think, but upturned nose is bad for guys. Not saying grandpa droopy nose is ideal
