could get a minor upper blepharoplasty to fix over hooding of the upper eyelids. wld def consider making drop down supra+infra orbital implants a main priority. wld majorly ascend u. canthal tilt is fine u j lack support around the eyes. fat grafting for the under eyes so the infras dont poke out ur skin and for more support. u you can consider medial epicanthoplasty to help with ur medial canthus webbing as well if you’d like but not a necessity. grow ur brows and lashes as well.

Thanks man I really appreciate it. Im currently 15 right now so surgery isn't an option yet. I have latisse eyelash serum. What do you think about me applying it to upper eyelid since in theory it should burn the fat on it.

tbh it could work in ur favor in theory i haven’t seen any results from someone doing so but i dont see how it could be a looksmin in ur case. latisse is great for growing lashes too so u could give it a shot just be extremely careful and dont get it in ur under eyes. considering ur age yea makes sense to not consider surgery ur still in puberty. i ascended late into my teen yrs cuz of it thankfully so ur not even at ur fullest potential. i wld keep in mind the earlier u start saving for procedures the better j in case bc u never know what you’ll look like and its better to have money saved alr for a head start if u still need it in the future.
