Hypothetically, if a 15-17 year old male (5'9 125-130lbs) during puberty who takes adderall (10mg) for ADHD were to start taking nootropics (specifically cerebrolysin) as well as neuroplasticity enhancers (such as microdosing LSD or Ket) what would the effects be? Would the person involved see any change? Would anybody recommend any alternative nootropics/neuroplasticity enhancers in this situation?

yea bro lemme take a lil lsd for some neuroplasticity lmao

Reactions: infered
Forget about lsd and ket. Do cerebrolysin and noopept for both neurogenesis and neuroplasticity effects

how would i deduce a proper dosage for myself?
There are guidelines on how to cycle both.
Noopept: 10mg TDS (for 4-6 weeks),
Cerebrolysin: 10mL intravenous daily (for 10-20 days)

Make sure to mark this post as solution, just click the check mark on my right

Desoxyn low dose
Adderall is the biggest cope for adhd

actually works 🤫
never said it didnt, but lsd isnt something to take for extended amounts of time for neuroplasticity, there are other non hallucinogenic compounds other there that enhance neuroplasticity.

cope? not even close to being cope, sure meth is better, but it doesnt mean its better long term, for example tren is more anabolic than test, does that mean ill replace test w tren?

Don't do it mate. When I was a young lad I used stimulants (namely Modafinil) heavily for school. It quickly becomes so normal to you that it's a requirement to function well - but of course with how quick tolerance builds to Modafinil & Armodafinil (Adderal and Ritalin too), you can only take it 3 days per week.

This leaves you being a poorly functioning version of yourself for those other four days.

I have used pretty much every "nootropic" stimulant (none of them are truly nootropic), and have done for >5 years. I know my stuff here.

You can have far more sustainable gains that actually make you smarter, rather than raising your clock speed, by supplementing your brain and nervous system, just as you might for the muscular system with steroids (stimulants are NOT comparable to steroids).

Keeping your acetylcholine in check wwith Alpha-GPC, Uridine, L-Theanine, NAC, Omega-3 etc is the best thing you can do.

If you want to genuinely become far smarter, you can follow a similar approach to mine here:

1. Make pointless tasks less taxing, to retain your 'focus fuel'
Justification: Bullshit tasks, including topics you don't enjoy, chores etc, eat through your 'focus tank' and make you unproductive and depress your nervous system.
Approach: Avoid entering a 'focus debt', remain in a parasympathetic mode for as long as possible
Method: Controlled breathing, L-theanine, propranolol if socially anxious (yes it's a beta blocker but the raised heart rate of anxiety will deplete your AC)

2. Set clear focus days and clear "recharge days"
Justification: You can't always be on "go mode", or this becomes your baseline, and you'll quickly burn out.
Approach: Personally I take this to the extreme, and delegate all five working days as "recharge", where I'm just at work doing just enough to not get fired, to keep stress low.
Method: More sensibly you might do 4 days on / 3 days off.

3. Protect the brain's supply of acetylcholine
Justification: Acetylcholine (the focus fuel) gets absolutely burnt through by stimulants, stress, poor sleep or really anything sympathetic (high stress) rather than parasympathetic (low stress, 'auto-pilot')
Approach: Make decisions based on how much this will cost you in focus.
Method: as above

Science has shown us that HRV is a golden metric here - if your HRV is low for a day, you've been stressed and you've burnt through your focus potential. If it is high, you've been able to retain productivity and focus.

Remember; Stimulants don't make you smart. They make you stupid, but faster stupid. They have their uses but long term performance enhancement is not one of them.
