Advice on SAM-e

i'm looking to get this SAM-e for heightmaxxing: https://uk.iherb.com/pr/now-foods-same-400-mg-60-tablets/3345

but i'm not sure if its a good source, apparently they need to have an enteric coating to be effective, and this says "no enteric coating needed". if anyone has a different UK source please send it

i've also heard folic/folinic acid can improve absorption, does anyone know anything about that

Just get it from I herb but make sure it’s like gmo free and third party tested with proof or gmp facility product and made in USA

I wouldn't recommend taking SAM-E but try it out if you want?
