Advice on skincare (pls help)

What's the ultimate skincare routine/advice for obtaining youthful and glowing skin while combating acne? I've heard that retinol is the holy grail of skincare but I'm a bit lost on what products are also as good to apply on

tretinoin is good but may cause skin to become slightly weaker and less resistant to bruising.

Best things for skin are retinol and hyaluric acid and collagen peptides

also use sunscreen
