advice on thin lips

are fillers really that bad for lips? I’m getting fat grafted to my lips alongside with my eyes, but Ik that the fat survival rate for lips is low.

So what else could even be done? Are fillers the only other option? I’ve seen it migrate plenty of times and people usually here shit on fillers so idk honestly I’m out of ideas

there's a surgery where they cut out the ends of ur lips making them wider i think it's called lip expanding surgery but idk

I’d need more volume to my lips though, they are thin.

if you have a lip tie u could get that remove surgically

No one at least on this site has gotten it on the lips for some reason looking at the markings and so on. It's the same with fillers though in it can go real badly. I'd do a bit on the bottom lip without touching the top lip so the vermillion border won't change to that flat look that many with fillers have.
