I think you've got potential.

Those first two morphs mog. Actor-tier/model-tier.

Softmaxxes :
> clear up your skin ; if you're not already on it -> isotretinoin, azelaic acid, tretinoin/tazarotene
> thicken your eyebrows, in particular the medial parts -> minoxidil + microneedling
> try to grow/regrow your temporal peaks and densify your hairline -> minoxidil + microneedling ; add a DHT-blocker (finasteride/dutasteride) if you notice further thinning and/or receding.
> mole removal (by a dermatologist)

Hardmaxxes :
> you might be a candidate for a chin wing, in order to bring the whole lower jaw downward, and the chin forward.
> rhinoplasty to [1] straighten the bridge (could be a septorhinoplasty if your septum is deviated) and [2] deproject the tip
> HA filler to augment the upper lip around the cupid bow
> Radiesse / HA filler to outline the cheekbones a bit (they are already pretty good, but you might as well take advantage of that asset by putting a bit more visual emphasis on them) ; it's worth a try
> fat graft / HA filler to attenuate undereye hollows & darkening
> if you're a suitable candidate for a chin wing and achieve a good outcome, fine-tuning the jawline with Radiesse/Juvéderm Volux might be beneficial
> if hairloss meds (minoxidil, finasteride) are not relevant, or if they don't generate any regrowth in the temporal area, then you might consider a hair transplant to project temporal peaks forward (and also to densify the hairline, if need be) ; expect +/- 300 grafts per side, so a small procedure.

I can't really assess your ears in those pictures. If they are flaring too much, consider an otoplasty.
Your eyes are hard to assess as well, due to angles and micro-expressions. If your upper eyelids sag too much, you may consider ptosis repair. The face profile picture you have provided doesn't indicate such a need, but the angle might be misleading ; the two 3/4 profile pics tell a bit of a different story, but they could be misleading too.

An otoplasty is one of the cheapest, least invasive and least risky surgeries with practically no recovery time, and it was just a suggestion. And his hair doesn't cover his ears all the time, made apparent by photo 3.

Not to sound pedantic, but this dude put the thread in the cosmetic surgery forum for a reason, and titled it "Advice on what surgeries I should get" for a reason. I agree if his ears were flared an otoplasty would not be high priority, but I'm sure the blue guy knew that too, since he put it at the very bottom of his post and not somewhere near the top. Again, how are you clowning on a mf for putting effort into a detailed surgery plan, when that's exactly what the thread asks for🤣🤣

@minty don't feed that spamming monkey. He has no theoretical knowledge about surgeries, and no practical experience either. He's useless and should be forbidden to post in this subforum. The second best option is just adding him to your ignore list, like I did.

Also, I never said OP should get an otoplasty. Instead, I said that if he has flared ears, he can consider an otoplasty to fix the problem. It obviously implies that it should be a problem for OP in the first place, regardless of his current hair style.

“Chin wing”😭

Any rational and substantiated argument against chin wings in general ? I have yet to read a post that thoroughly disqualifies them. You even have a positive testimony available here on this forum from a regular user.

But if a chin wing is irrelevant, you can replace it with a classic genioplasty combined with jaw angle implants. OP's jawline has a nice angularity/sharpness, and, if I were him, I would be afraid to lose those qualities with jaw angle implants. Not to mention they are a real crapshoot.
