Not an expert but the failos that I'm aware of are low fWHR (1.66 if I measured correctly), small mouth, thin neck... correct?

Can I build off of that base or is it over?

I measured fWHR again, this time using bottom of eyebrows as @Korea said, and I got 1.76. So maybe not as subhuman after all

I would also tell you to consider otoplasty, it can make a big change.

I’ve thought about that but I’m also concerned it would make my face appear even narrower. Or am I stupid?

Longer hair on the sides. mid length will balance out your taller face.

Already using minox for 'beard' so will use on brows too.
