Going to talk to another orthodontist for MARPE soon, will it negatively or positively impact my looks? Or will there be no major difference?

Try to talk with your ortho about the potential impact it might have on your looks. You're still young so it might help you but your midface is already pretty wide compared to your mandible and gonions which could give you this "balloon-ish" look. Watch out for that.
Your overbite actually looks like your main problem, a forsus appliance could be a solution.

Switch most likely, the new one would give me MARPE + mandibular advancement surgery. And my current one wants to keep my incisors tilted inward, and doesnt mind my palate getting narrower. Even refused to give mr expander saying I am to old, but google disagrees.
