Lmk what I can do at first glance anything soft. Yes ik my maxilla and undereyes support isn’t good.

mtn front, Ltn side, huge underbite and maxilla is flat

MTN, you're 19 not much you can do besides surgeries. Just delete your account and don't come back to this website. It's filled with ppl who believe they can't get a girl cause some 400 pound incel who has a chico pfp called them ltn.

Yeah all good not struggling with girls too much just wanted to see if anything was possible. Getting some angel aligners to fix my jaw. Grew badly and gave me a crossbite. Crazy enough I medically do not have an underbite

Any suggestions for how? I’m gonna start working IB/PE and all I do is fucking sit and I unfortunately can’t just not eat bc I need energy. Do I just not be a lazy bitch and work out late at night?

Quickest way without drugs is just PSMF.

Protein, no fats, no carbs.

what bf% are you at currently? and do you think 6-7% is maintainable through all year round?
7% is maintainable provided you are taking exogenous Test.

I range from 8-12%. I bulk to 12%, cut till 8% and repeat.

Dude pretty high I gained weight this summer bc of travels. I’d say 15-18%? I have visible abs when I flex but nothing great. And pretty nice visible abs when I wake up and don’t eat for a while but like def not sub 14%

Just workout after work, it’s like 1 and half hours per sesh, not that complicated
