Do u think i can get my deviated septum fixed wirh an asian rhino or alar plasty? As u mentioned in previous post? I never noticef my septum and didnt had any breathing problems

My palatal width is pretty wise as u can see i have a good fwhr so its not skeltal but i had slight of dental crowd in one teeth only in front teeths which i am wearing damon braces for

Also do u think arent deep mentolabial fold are common with cleft chin? I just compared mine with henry and matt bomer looks same from side and front

for me it is, light catching right beneath the lips instead of shadowed looks amazing. when it casts deep shadows the lower third loses surface area, makes it seem weaker. cavill lips look bloated while drago looks sharp around the lips

.it's better to have a flat one for anti aging too

fold is caused by compensating chin + not enough mandible lenght + outwatdly slanted alveolar process. ideal should be flat alveolar, appropiate lenght mandible for good oclussion and no chin jutting past lower lip, that causes uneven light casting and saggy skin. skin should be tight, not flabby like cavill's. look like a granny

oh yeah , my lower teeths slant but upper don't you got it exactly right? upper teeths are straight in angle but my lower slants , so its a dental issue?

yeah, to hood the nostrils and push the columella area forward. if you retract your lower incissors area inwards, you'll have to move the jaw forward to retain proper oclussion, and get a vertical genio without advancing it, since your chin will be past the lip line already in this new position. instead of pointy witch chin, it will look like this

. skin stretched, 0 folds, only shadow that gets casted is from lower lip tissue. or you could get a retraction vertical genio, if you want the chin to remain at lower lip level, without getting past it.

you can get away with tall chin if no mentolabial fold is present. slight v shape + setback for prettyboy or wide cut same position for masculine look after bsso+aso. how much descent you can get depends on lip width tho

got it bro, i have flat philtrum too if u see my side profile is that due to dental position? my top teeths are straight , not flaring inwards or outwards, my maxilla seems fine so do u think its dental?

right now its 1 to 2.85, won't vertical genio make it even more taller which i thikn will look uncanny
