I'm 17 and 5'10. I tried to take the most unfrauded picture I could using my phones front camera. I know I'm ugly, but I would really like some genuine advice on how to ascend and get better looking.

If you are 66kg, 5'10, then your fat percentage might be around 18 - 24%.
Try softmaxxing.
Gym (don't forget to do cardio), clear skin, debloating, and a good hairstyle

Absolutely.
I think your base is solid but it's hidden under that fat.
If you're going to the gym, do alot of cardio (atleast 10-20k steps a day).
Since you are 66kg, try to eat 1.5g protein per kg of your weight which means atleast a 100 grams of protein.
