[Advice] Subhuman needing Bimax + other surgeries

Needing serious advice on what would best surgeries for myself. I’m currently exploring double jaw surgery and rhinoplasty for my subhuman face.

Goal is to go from sub human to ltn if that’s what y’all call it.

My maxillofacial surgeon has suggested a segmental upper jaw, lower jaw and genioplasty; will cost 12k but I have to wait a year for insurance to cover the hospital side which is 30k… I’m not interested in going overseas for this either.

Advice?

First of all, my friend, I don't think you're planning to go abroad, but if you are, I recommend Türkiye. By the way, from what I see from the side profile, Bimax + Rhino will really help you. It would also be great if you could schedule a customized BSSO with the doctor who will be performing your Bimax. There's a slight problem with your gonial angle, and once that's corrected, you'll have a very good side profile.

I'm at 16% body fat working on getting leaner. When I was severely underweight 6 years back I was 12% body fat and had a fat face....

Thanks for the reply. Yea I don't intend on going overseas for surgery although if it comes out to be cheaper and can be done within weeks to a month of consult I might consider it.

Bimax + Rhino is what I'm looking at but here in Queensland Australia you can't get both done at the same time and there are few private surgical practices in each state. My current surgeon has suggested Segmented upper jaw with CW rotation + advancement, advancement of lower jaw and chin.

Would you be able to expand on your comment about a slight issue with my gonial angle, what do you mean by that?

Ahh that makes sense, thanks for that. Because I'm getting lower jaw surgery will the surgeon address that or would I need to ask? I'm not going to give them the whole aesthetics ramble because honestly anything is better then my face now haha.

It would be a good idea to discuss the gonial angle issue with your doctor.
