Advice to pick maxillofacial surgeon for reop case..

Hello. I'm a reop case....and I do need a full downgraft of maybe 4mm to show upper teeth more. I'm also Class II, short face, with flat occlusal plane. Normal nose, actually upturned already and an ANS of like 8mm. My upper teeth are almost in line with forehead but I actually have apnea. So need maxilla forward too somehow (below ANS preferentially)....CW is not good for apnea and occlusal plane CCW would not be good for short face and would give me inverted bite. So it seems it would be more about moving forward and down, no rotations.

Which surgeons do you recommend for this situation? and how to decide between several? All of them have at least a few messed up cases...
