Im gonna take my first dose which is 1mg a day. Im thinking how do i counter the side effects of it like me being retarded and etc.

I've been taking an AI for 4 months now, zero cognitive side effects other than being impulsive (probably in my head), reversible joint pain (aka went away on it's own), I'd recommend first take it for a week or two then weighing side effects because not everyone will get all side effects, some will get literally none. What potential side effects are you concerned about?

Like affecting iq cause i got exams this year. And also maybe causing high risk of fractures, i want to do high intensity exercise like sprinting to boost natural hgh

Bro this shi is very relatable i also have exams. For me i would put permanant height gains over academics (personally). I would recommend you use modafinil as a cognitive enhancer (the only shi with evidence, others are fucking cope). No

Nah you don't see side effect immediatly, most are delayed by WEEKS, a good way of tracking if this is working or not is tracking libido (literally tanked, as estrogen is needed for it) BUT this too is not immediate. It's not permanant libido loss; mine rebounded after around 3.5 months.

"The use of AI showed an increased risk of minor side effects (risk ratio (RR)=2.90, 95 % CI: 1.15, 7.33; p=0.025), but no severe adverse effects were reported."

In simple words you're just spiking your cortisol by giving yourself self afflicted anxiety, Actual clinical trials show minimal adverse effects!!!!

No BMD loss isn't that dramatic.

Acc to pubmed 40796279

No significant between-group differences in cortical/endosteal parameters. Concludes transient estrogen depletion has no significant adverse skeletal effects.

Basically BMD loss is non existent (at 6 months), don't worry.

The only proven clinical way to get height gains was:

Confirmed open growth plates via X-Ray
HGH
and an AI

I never got any nausea BUT it's a possible side effect (Not seen in idiopathic short stature studies BUT reported in oncology studies more time than placebo), Most will never get this side effect. If you're ok sharing, Where did you get anastrozole? I would only recommend getting pharma grade Or chem sites WITH a COA.

GoodRx recommends trying an OTC antacid, such as calcium carbonate or bismuth subsalicylate.
