I have like round soft tissues in my jaw which I can hold with my hand , it's not visible to naked eye nor does it effect how my jaw looks but it's just there and there are many like 4-5..what this can possibly be???

It's a sign of chronic retardation. I suggest you get help from a medical profesional asap.

No it's like lumps and it developed 1 year ago only..it started with lumps on my neck but lumps on my neck disappeared and it's still there from 1 year

But I am bloated and it's just beneath my skin above my jaw , what if it become visible when I go lean..
