what are my strong points and weak points?

first of all i think what is making you look weird in these pictures is your expression, you seem overly sad, your side is good u have a good frame, nose, fwg, overall development. your flaws would be assymetry haircut harmony and neck size possibly fwhr hard to tell tho.

to sum it up u dont look bad but u dont look perfect but noone does
 
I would recommend hitting the gym and making sure to debloat your stomach, while you don't really have a bloated face or anything lower body fat highlights your face and makes it better then you originally had. Use a workout routine from a well rated one on some forum here and you should be chilling. Stop frauding as well cause you look bad with it.
 
You have a upper scleral show assymetry in the right eye, practice squinching (lifting the lower lid) rather than staring. Lowering the brow and slightly narrowing the eyes creates a more "compact" and symmetrical look. Maybe after you get older if insecure about it, do a surgery called Levator Recession, the surgeon would perform this more aggressively on the higher eye to bring it into perfect alignment with the other.

Your ears are bad shaped looks kinda rounded idk, maybe the fix would growing the sides of your hair and hiding them

i go to the gym 4 times a week and yeah stomach bloat is rape i just finished eating dinner before i took those pictures. thanks for the advice

Yea yea, so dieting is prob the thing you need to do additionally gym without strict conditions doesn't always help the body (in a visual way) like obv your building strength but it doesn't look better so calorie deficit is important for that lean look and obv supplements, but that's up to you.

It looks like u are, maybe cause of your lip positioning, maybe your not just don't in general it will make your lips look worse (no offense)

ofc, that’s the struggle i’ve had recently. i’m scared to stunt my growth in any way because im 5’9 so ive just not done a calorie deficit out of fear.

Yea well its up to you, just figure out when you wanna do it and check your growth plates etc

brow tilt, lip shape and size(too narrow), saggy under eyes, bit of a longer face and monkey red ears. Also i noticed your red eyes i assume thats due the pic being taken right after a shower
 
Please for the love of god get lean (eat below deficit, 15k steps a day, incline treadmill 15 incline 3.5 pace ) or Reta, grow your hair out fix your redness and you should be pretty good
i’m scared to get lean, i’m still 5’9 and im worried about my growth.
