Need to start on something a hair transplant is inevitable but still just gain some mass and use accutane for both acne your nose and try and get a lil tan

Just wondering how are you certain a transplant will be needed ?

if you look at your hairline you can tell that over time is most likely going to be recessed even further also try and get and fme im assuming that your mid class or even above from the way your bathroom and phone look so this wont be to hard youll just have to lie to your parents or parent
