bi-max + genio, hair transplant, getting lean, building more muscle, dying eyebrows

Then get sliding genioplasty, or chin wing, or bimax. depending on how extreme you want to change your face

If you like this result go for bimax with CCW rotation and genioplasty. If its too extreme of a makeover and too forward jaw/mouth for your liking, then only get sliding genioplasty (10x easier recovery and way cheaper).

Seriously tho stop taking fin, I promise thats why your brain is fucked up. It happened to me in a severe way directly because of Fin (I took nothing else, nothing in my diet or lifestyle changed, but my brain changed a lot). It was also not placebo because I didn't even know Fin could affect the mind, I thought it would only change my sex drive a little. First I felt depressed and suicidal (never been like that my entire life), then I researched why it happened and found out Fin has made this happen to many guys.

Grow a beard to fraud jaw, grow your eyebrows and grow your hair. These softmaxxes would improve you tremendously.

What i would do:
what was mention before (bi-max + genio, etc... maybe leave hair transplant, too expensive and not a prio)
minoxidil for bear and eyebrows
tan
considering consult taban for eye area after your bi-max and genio
latisse for darker/thicker eyelashes.
retin A and basic skin care
lift, 12% BF and neckmaxing.
i am pro-finasteride, keep on it and save your hairline to focus on other things.
