I scatter about 20 seeds in each pot but usually only 10-12 of them grow. Does anyone have any tips to improve my cultivation?

Its legal in germany. At first I bought 3 and now I am making them myself do you want to know how?

You need a male and female plant
To identify:
-Male plants develop pollen sacs (little balls)
-Female plants grow pistils (white hairs at the nodes)

seperate male from female to prevent uncontrolled pollination
Then choose one of the male plants for breeding
Let the male mature until the pollen sacs open

either:
1. Place the male near the female (natural pollination)
2. Collect the pollen and manually apply it to a female plant’s buds with a brush but i use a Q-tip.

Apply pollen to lower branches or selected buds to produce seeds while keeping some buds seedless for smoking best in early flowering phase like 2-4 weeks or bloom

Let the female grow for 6-8 weeks till the seeds are brown hard and stripy
Harvest them and dry
