i said lefort 1 because of the maxilla part he needs. bimax and genio for lower third would be good too.

genio IS genioplasty , if your chin is really weak and recessed it can make a big difference on ur lower third

Get double jaw surgery, dont get genio because you dont need it and you'll risk becoming overprojected. You aren't that recessed and it's enough

To clarify just DJS is enough, no need for trimax

you dont even need double jaw tbh, genioplasty and jaw implants and other misc stuff is better in my opinion and recovery is much better, bimax recovery is so horrible and just a big commitment
