lose bodyfat, grow your hair, tidy up your eyebrows (i reccomend eyebrow scissors and a microblade razor) fat transfer to get rid of your upper eyelid exposure try shaving your mustache and mew because your hyoid is terrible

alright so first of all its not ALL abt looks but the very much 60/70% .
u have potential to become betterlooking, you should lose weight (very important in every case) grow ur hair and find an haircut that suits you well, shave and do your eyebrows. but if ur being bullied you should also work on ur personality, if its serious ask for help (ur parents or a friend) they can really help u trust me.
