advices/tips please should i lean down more for hollow cheeks and more defined face?

i hit puberty late like 14-15 years old, now i am 17 have no beard yet, just a fuzzy peachy beard that i always trim and its only on mustache.
i want to know if i diet is good for muscle growth / bonemass growth and height growth at 17?
also i want to get more leaner and i want your advices i am now 11-12% bodyfat, want to get down like 9-10%
should i go into deficit like 250-300 calories?, or should i eat on maintnance? i am eating now at my maintnance.
so my diet is like High Carb / Medium-High Protein / Medium Fat
like example :
310-350g carbs / 120-140g protein / 60-65g fat

i want tips and advices to maxsimize everything and also i want to know if i go into deficit 250-300 calories will i be able to build muscle mass also build bonemass and support height growth if its possible?

17 years old
172-173cm
60.6kg
training 5 times a week upper lower intense
also doing 10k steps daily + running 2-3 times a week.

very good,for lower bf just don't eat aftre 8pm and train

Definitely eat in a big surplus (500-1000kcal), so your body has the resources to grow, mature, building muscle

i one time did this and i got fat like 86kg i went down now i am 60kg i am stuck in the loop and scared to eat surplus still as i was fat and no more want to be that fat :(

Bro as long as you stay below 20% bf youre good, bu your body cant develop like you want it if youre in a deficit

Yea depends on your metabolism hoe much of a surplus, but if you dont eat in a surplus during your puberty, your a dickhead, if you are in a deficit in puberty how can your body source the
resources for an excessive growth spurt and a good hormone production ? Wont work!

Well yeah , but 200-300 cals should work just fine without gaining bunch of fat and having your hormones work worse because of excess fat in your body
