The last thing you mentioned, I think the legitimacy of it can debated. However I am surprised that you reference it as "squinching", that's an older term that I've really only seen used by people in this sphere pre2020. Pretty crazy.groom your eyebrows, but not much since they can make them look higher, focus on removing unnecessary hairs but still leave them with a natural finish. use minoxidil on your eyelashes since they lack some length and thickness (not much, you can also use castor oil since you still have a considerable amount). it also seems you have some upper eyelid exposure so i recommend squinching 30 min 2x a day (raising the lower eyelid without moving any other parts of the day). this raises the upper eyelid, narrows your eye, and lowers your scleral show by a lot, which makes your eye area look way better.![]()
my eye area naturally sucks so ive been searching day and night for things to make it better, so its possible that ive learned terms from some older threads here and there, or others that were referencing them. in terms of its effectivity, its good for pictures, but whether its a good orbicularis oculi training, that is debatable for sure. i just choose to believe (aka cope)The last thing you mentioned, I think the legitimacy of it can debated.
