I’ve been delated im sorry i think this is the good section to ask
Im sub 5 i want to be better looking what can i change
I think the main problems are asymetrie like for my eyes, jaw , eyebrows, nose and also my recessed chin ou mandibular idk
i think i’ m gonna do a ostéotomie for my chin in a few years maybe
i take any advises pls

First off, right now you're a low-tier normie (LTN), I think you can realistically softmax to a mid-tier normie, but no further than that. If you want to break through that barrier and potentially reach HTN, you're going to need cosmetic surgeries.

I'll list off some of your major facial flaws and some solutions I see could work for you, both surgical and non-surgical:
1. Height:
This is by far the biggest issue if you're in the United States or Northern Europe. It may not be as bad in the America or Sourthen Europe. However, you simply cannot afford to be short and ugly, you have to pick a struggle. Buy 1-inch shoe lifts to at least fraud average height, work your ass off because you're going to need money and status, or it's pretty much over. Limb Lengthening surgery is your only real solution to fix this issue, if you can save enough over the course of a few years or land a very good job you can go through within 5-10 years time, that sounds like a lot of time, but you're going to be 22 to 27 years, you still have a couple of decades left to live, would you rather live the rest of your life short or tall? Limb Lengthening is very taxing on the body, mind, expensive and can have complications, if you're determined enough it can be done. If you decide to go through with it, don't lengthen to more than 5'11. Buy Glucosamine or MSM supplements to avoid shrinking through the day due to spine compression. Your growth plates are likely already closed to HGH isn't an option, although I'd double check just in case.
2. Skin: Your skin is rough, but it's not entirely horrible. Gentle cleanser in the morning and night, sunscreen in the morning + maybe a vitamin C/E serum if you want to be extra. THIS IS THE KEY STEP: RETINOIDS, THE STRONGEST YOU CAN GET EITHER ORAL OR TOPICAL, along with oil or moisturizing if needed, only at night. If you need moisturizing during the day, change cleansers.
3. Recession: That recession is nastyyyy. Consult a maxillofacial surgeon, if you have an underbite you'd probably need surgical intervention like a bimax. If you don't have an underbite, you would probably want to get a sliding genioplasty or facial implants. This should be your highest priority, and you need to get medical consultation, if your lucky insurance might cover bimaxillary surgery if you need it.
4. Jawline:
Another flaw on your face, first off, you're not lean enough, get to 10-12% body fat. You may want to consider implants or fillers, but consult a surgeon. In the mean time, you can fraud your lack of a jaw with a heavy stubble, shave the pre-pubescent mustache for now, use minoxidil twice a day and dermaroll once a week. The length of the stubble depends on you, I would say 4-6mm.
5. Nose & Lips:
In case you were thinking about it, your nose is not a flaw, it's just a product of your recession, it's fine and you don't need to modify it. Your lips are an issue though, they're unproportiante, consider lip reduction surgery
6. Eyebrows & Eyelashes:
Your eyebrows could be thicker and use some grooming, do the same method you use for facial hair with them, use tweezers and a razor to groom them every 3-4 weeks. Buy peptide-based eyelash serums and an eyelash curler. Do not consider Lattise, the last thing we'd want is to reduce fat around your eyes right now, so don't take the risk.
7. Frame & Health:
TRAIN YOUR NECK AND LIFT WEIGHTS ASAP, BULK UNTIL YOURE AROUND 24-27 BMI, THEN CUT TO GET LEAN ONCE YOU REACH YOUR TARGET BODYWEIGHT. GET SUN, EAT A HEALTHY WHOLE FOODS-BASED DIET WITH LOW INFLAMMATION FOODS, SLEEP 7.5 TO 9 HOURS, MANAGE YOUR STRESS, SLEEP AT CONSISTENT TIMES.
8. Money & Status: Okay, maybe you're short and below average in looks, and can't fix a lot of your flaws right now, or even in the future, but at least you gotta be economically successful and reach high social status. I can't go into depth on this, that's for you to figure out.
9. Eyes: You have significant amounts of upper eyelid exposure, you may benefit from fat grafting. I wouldn't go as far as getting canthoplasty, surgeries to remove tissue from the eyelid or around the eye, but I don't completely discard them.
10. Supplements: Your diet should provide you everything when it comes to micronutrients, you can supplement vitamin D3 or magnesium but nothing else. You can use creatine. Adaptogens like Ashwagandha. Beta-carotene or Lycopene for coloring if you desire it. KCL or coconut water in the morning to control sodium-related bloating.

I don't like lying to people even if it hurts, you're ugly and short bro, but there's very little in life you can't fix. If you correct even half of what I said here you will do some much better in every aspect of your life, not having good looks is not the end of the world, but it is pretty damn bad. Remember to also work on your social and communicative skills and not neglect personal aspects of your life.

This is a high effort journey, but if you put in enough work, your quality of life will be so much better. Love you and good luck brother, you will ascend 💪❤️

Thanks bro for my height i think reaching 5,9 is my goal so if i dont reach it naturally yes maybe limb operation .
I ´ve got braces and elastics before so i dont have an overbite anymore (only a bit) so im gonna have a sliding genioplasty .
I already started to grow my eyebrow with ricin oil.
Im gonna it the gym soon fr.
Thanks again for the advises bro i now im short and ugly but it will get better in like not even 2years
