I’ve seen alot of people confuse aegyo sal for eyebags and I’m gonna show you the difference.
(redline eyebags)
Sits lower down along the tear trough and upper cheek area. It forms a shadowed, hollowed region rather than a tight roll beneath the eyelashes
(greenline aegyo sal)
Sits directly against the lower lash line. It creates a distinct, rounded muscle roll that tightly frames and supports the bottom of the eye
Chico lachowski is an example of natural aegyo sal. Even when resting, the distinct muscle band sits directly under his lower lash line highlighting his eyes and giving his facial structure that iconic youthful, ideal eye support.
Chico isn’t the only one a lot of male models have it as well including jordan Barrett and David gandy
So aegyo sal isn't recessed infras and it’s just an extra fat pad and targeted muscle tone. Recessed infraorbitals refer to a midface bone structure that lacks forward projection, which tends to leave the under-eye area hollow, flat, or prone to deep tear troughs. Aegyo sal, by contrast, is caused by tightness or definition in the pretarsal orbicularis oculi muscle sitting right along the lower lash line. Far from being a set back bone structure, a natural aegyo sal relies on firm soft tissue support and good skin elasticity to keep that distinct, youthful roll elevated directly beneath the eye.
