Its aight. But you and your brother are probably fat, so maybe its pronounced fat in the fat pad right below the eye area

“Aegyo Sal” is not what you think it is. 99% of time it’s just the eyeball pushing on the soft tissue. It is NOT attractive unless it’s caused by actual fat storage like Chico

I wish there was a non-surgical way to get it. It's just increased fat tissue on the lower eyelid, it can't be that complicated.
