cultural standards,some mix of evolutionary genetic inclinations,what you're exposed to and personal subjective preference subject to change all determine someone's attractiveness.while there are universally beautiful people this is subject to relative conditioning and doesn't aspply to everyone's personal tastes.

my black sister said meds are universally attractive to MOST people,though that doesn't mean theyll be everyone's preference though most people will find them attractive.

in australia meds are seen as ugly so that shows it isnt truly absolute.
