Im just wondering if I (17) should hop on accutane my skin isn't that bad but to keep clear skin without worrying about random breakouts. How does accutane affect your health. I've heard all sorts of shit about accutane hurting the liver and being bad for the reproductive system and sperm and I'm just wondering if its true or not.

I was on tret 0.05 that i got from egypt for 4 months no much results. I am thinking rn about accutane but idk if its worth it when effect go away after using it
