I want to get implants for my face to change the appearance. I need infras, genio, longer ramus. Basically the whole package to fix my childish ass looking skull.
Fillers arent permanent so that’s not an option but implants are expensive from what ive heard.
Help a nigga from Europe out. What countries offer affordable hardmax solutions and still hold up to the more expensive ones?
