Not average but also not uncommon. @Jatt is also Punjabi but doesn't fit neatly in any of those categories and can pass as arab. Same for Rors and a few other western shifted ethnicities in Punjab.

As for coloured hair and eyes? I mean, Germans are dark skinned than English people but they also have higher levels of brown eyes. But I would hardly call most (if any) "non-white".
