School starts in 5 days and im very afraid to go there .
I have different things : very very very strong inner restlessness and like some kind of exciment like i would write a very important test but all the time . maybe its caused by the people around me but i dont i just wanna talk with my friends and being funny and not listeting to the teacher . but my dopamin drops after like 4 hours and i get brain fog and panic .
Its like im on drugs . this is especially on weekend mornings and on fridays . i dont why this is like this . when i come home from school im afraid of learning for school because i hate it and because i experienced so many negative and traumaticing things in school .
Sometumes i get cold sweat .
But the inner excitment never goes away but i just wanna lock in in school and not being like this all the time .
I barely say things because of that so my grades are very bad (oral grades )and its like 60% of the grade .
When my mom says i need to change something i have panic .
I have adhd and very light autism i take meds : in the morning i take elvanse and at noon i take elvanse too in the evening i take intuniv .
I need to find some stimulants that will help me and not having side effects with the meds i take .
I lieve in germany so its more difficult to get some stimulants . maybe there ones without recepts? let me know pls . or ones with recepts and where to get themn except for inida mart and india mart is not safe i dont wanna end up dying .
