I have the same issue lol, my neighbors have at least around 20-30 people in the house always coming in and out, kids constantly outside screaming and throwing their toys and garbage around, constantly driving fully on my lawn, one time I put a huge boulder in the middle of the lawn and in the middle of the night their car was on top of the boulder. Just a bunch of dumbasses
