It's really not, there aren't even that many non blacks for racism to actually be exhibited, and people are very nice to foreigners, people are more tribalist than racist if anything cause you're way more likely to meet or know someone from a different tribe

It's not really there have also been ethnic based wars or ethnic cleansing in multiple areas for example Yugoslavia, it's usually a matter of border dispute.

Borders in Africa are very recent and very shit, they were drawn by colonial powers, so they grouped multiple ethnicities into the same region, so when they left naturally a struggle for power will occur, some countries like Nigeria have like 200 tribes in one country ffs.

yes it was a western concept but the west has spread, my grandparents for example anyone from a different tribe is a different entity and the concept of "black" doesn't exist, my parents era onwards is more westernized and people use racial groupings like black, white etc

Not really they are rare and rarely integrate, I don't think any country in Africa has more than 1% Asians (not counting south asians) aside from maybe South Africa which is more multiracial.
