That will ruin your submental, don't do too much, only do lower part of rep
I know from experience

nice do you train neck or has it just grown from deadlifts etc. neck size matters way more than chest/back/arms or any other muscle tbh. Tryna get mine to grow.

Just pure isolation work

I gymcelled for years and it did nothing for my neck. It only started growing when I began training it everyday
