After a really bad argument where you were SUPER RUDE. How many days does it take for her to act normal again

So to give background. I yelled at her soooo much, and shamed her soooo much in the past. Used to yell ant her a crap ton. And threaten the relationship, and be a bully manipulative. And eventually it all piled up and she got super mad and asked for space for A WHOLE DAY!!! and she is acting weird and talking weird. Does she go back to normal? Or do I just ignore her moodiness and block her
