So I personally can now confidently say this isn’t a case of a recessed, or severely caved in maxilla, what I would say is this is a case of a neutral maxilla( slightly forward) enough to be able to breath and have a good bite. But not enough to really make my midface look forward.
Also through my research I have discovered that I have recessed Indra orbitals, leading to the more sunken appearance. A prime example of what recessed infras(which are common) is

Now the difference between recessed infras is clearly shown right here in these two images
Recessed infras give a tired and less projected look.
Final note:
A recessed maxilla comes with “usually” a weak chin, narrow palate, narrow face shape,
Underdeveloped jaw, breathing issues ect which most of those I don’t have
