After long thinking I have come to a conclusion.

The Chads of Europe (excluding England and France) are the Baltic people (Lithuania, Latvia), they are obviously still ethnic hellholes compared to the real Chads of Europeans, but I'm trying to give everyone a chance, so.. the Baltic people, are literally the least genetically mixed people in Europe, they are the closest to ancient Northern Europeans, unlike Scandinavians and Finns and Estonians who are Asiatic mongrels, or Germans with their deformed Alpinid ass, or the poor Asiatic mongrels (Slavs), or shit skin Meds, they have the highest rate of blonde hair, blue eyes in the world as well, tall af (not saying it's a good thing but for blonde worshippers on here it is), and they are developed, clean like Scandinavia without the doctors and engineers, and they speak perfect English, especially Lithuanians based on videos I have seen.

In conclusion: I think these people are the Chads of Europe excluding France and England
