firstly religion is the highest expression of a culture, a deification of what drives the society
relgions modernly lacks specific channels where a certain will or instinct can thrive, as well as a initiation ceremony of sor
so then the question is, how do we revive the inherint religious drive, towards a great power, the same power in the ancient men of christianity which drove them to build those cathedrals
well first, the man is a product of his body, and a all return to naturalism is the only option, this part is unrelated to aesthetics, fixing ur diet, a diet thats easily digestable, good amounts of water, learning a dionysian sport
if u do not feel a sense of lightness metaphysically in our modernity, u are sedating or subduing urself, now obviously states of animalisticness is not sustainable, but u should atleast be able to access a dionysian state
a shortcut to the feeling in modernity is nofap, but even that is superficial and not spiritual
the second step would be to give our instincts and drives voices, i do this through enthraling myself in religious text, the poetic edda, the iliad, various ancient texts, the symbols from these sources fell into my dreams, i recently often have dreams of hellenistic gods, giving me ideas and advice and other scenarios
i also larp with the symbols alot, but thats ok bc those symbols are higher then man, i meditate often on statues of the gods, and the embodied superior man i vision
and even with this said, i would like to have a religious rebirth, a religious rebirth, imo would transform men into people who could believe again, like alexander the great or ceaser and other ancient warriors, men who thought they were chosen by the gods, with divine power
people like talking about theology, when theology didnt drive the creations of those ancient religions, find the strenght to synthesise ur beliefs, under one conviction and goal, which is to revive the vital spirit unto the sleepy people of the west
