first month i lost 10kg but im hardstuck at the same weight cause i keep eating perfectly for like 2 days and then i ruin it with a 5k calorie bomb,i eat like 1000 cals a day dude when locked in dude.

Eat more normal, best diet is that you can maintain it I eat mostly healthy but 20% is shit
