I mean all have been for function and looks so yea. My pharynx airway was extremly small, like 40% below average, now its double average. My septun was sloppy and deviated. Now its straight. So so far apart from implant(kinda small relative cost doing it at the same time), not much has been for looks only. But i will do some only looks oriented surgeries more
