2 results from the same doctor. One looks awful (to me) and the second is a very good result (to me).

The first guy just have a bad base and style. When you have a narrow neurocranium + tall forehead + long face you just can't do this haircut, NEVER. That's the worst he could do and he did.

If you need extra width/angularity in the areas targeted, the results will look good excepted if your doctor is a noob.

First guy made his jaw comically large for his zygos and neck. Plus the long face in general and it’s a horrible look.

In the second guy it’s essentially 3mL of filler per side to go from inward to outward gonion look. Interesting data point. In UK, actually a very cheap country for fillers, this would cost around 900 pounds each time you had it done. Depending on how long it lasted each time it could have a cheaper lifetime cost than implants with a better looking result.

He went too big, his gonions are too high, bloated cheeks and bad hairstyle choice, undercut doesn't suit people with long face + narrow neurocranium.
